I accidentally got my ten year old brother addicted to crack?

So I was getting ready fOr work the Other day and I left cracked.com up on my computer. When I got out of the shower my brother was reading some articles and giggling. Now that's ALL he does, and I'm stuck using my phones Internet because my mom won't kick him off of the computer. What do I do?
