I am 9 days late on my period my cervix is high hard n closed could this mean im pregnant?

i have been mildly nauseated sum headaches sum dizziness tired alot on the 10th i strted what i thot was my period but it never got heavy j sum blood than spotting it never got heavy like a period it lasted on n off for 5 days i still havent seen my reg period ive been seeing sum white lotiony discharge wen i check my cervix ive had two faint positives n all negatives do u think this cld mean im pregnant?
