Is this morning sickness or a stomach ulcer?

I am 9 1/2 weeks pregnant; I've been feeling nauseaed for about two weeks now. It used to be JUST nausea but, now my stomach is starting to feel upset. I'm wondering if I may have developed a stomach ulcer or stomach infection because, I'm feeling a different kind of sick. My stomach is upset and the only time my stomach feels better is while I'm eating. After I eat, I feel sick again. I have diarrhea about twice a week. Before, I just felt nauseated. I'm not vomiting; just feeling queasy with a stomach ache. Has anyone developed a stomach ulcer or stomach infection while pregnant? I will see my doctor next week; I just want to know if anyone has gone through this.
