Is Nestle Milo a good recovery drink after working out?

it doesnt have enough protein, but it does have a lot sugars so thats great for post workout but you need some type of protein substance either whey or a protein bar, post workout nutrition is huge if you want to be a successful because that is when your body is primed for absorbing nutritents and repairing torn muscles, you get bigger outside the gym, you create the potential for growth when you workout.
