Am i screwed for life?

i coasted through high school by basically showing up turning in my assignments and falling asleep for the rest of the day. when i got to college boy did i get a wake up call. my first semester i failed one class and got c's in the other 3. second semester i failed 2 got b's in the other two. i was kicked from the university for poor academic standards and my appeal was denied. now that ive been kicked am i screwed for life? is there anyway of getting back to a university or am i just done? i know that i screwed up i just wasn't ready for the work load the classes i passed i didnt even crack a book and i only showed up for the lecture half of the time. im really smart i just have a bit of a motivational problem lol
