sounds yummy but i'm in the uk and don't suffer with nausea anymore and only had morning sickness for a week when i was stressed out... what i used to do to help my nausea was get up and go straight downstairs and make a cup of tea and toast, i'd drink the tea first then i'd feel okay and eat the toast :-) really helped me, sometimes i'd find myself nearly being sick making the cup of tea though so i would of preferred someone else to do it but ahwell :-)
