In the past 3 months, my back teeth on both sides have been hurting severely. i know one of them is cracked?

And my two front teeth are pushed slightly inward. I know this is not a result of any truma because no such thing has happened. Is it possible that my back teeth are causing the front ones to go in? And what could be causing the pain in my back teeth?
