I have a friend who thinks she's pregnant?

My friend thinks she may be pregnant, because the boys condom broke and she has all the basic symptoms. She's nauseated, cramping, her lower back hurts, sore breasts, headaches, spotting, she bleed for 12 days thinking it was her period too. She has Lupus so we're confused. We really need some info. Oh and we ARE getting a pregnancy test sooner or later. She's still a little scared. :)
