I got a tetanus shot last week and now have red lumps on my arm, is this normal?

I got a tetanus shot 7 days ago in doctor on call and I was put on flucloxacillin by my doctor 5 days ago after been bitten by a stray cat with aids. I woke up this morning with a red lump on my shoulder but up from where i got the shot, and a bit of blotching down the shoulder, is this a normal reaction so long after gettting it? My arm is still really soar and the pain is goin down my arm into my knuckles and they have be cracked to ease the pain.
